Thank you to everyone who attended the exhibition and lectures as part of “Open Room” from March 3rd to 14th, 2026.

Here are a few thoughts on the matter.

Last autumn – October 23rd to 26th to be precise – I attended the Occulture Conference in Berlin. Here are my impressions summarized in a video blog.

Modern Witchcraft is a bilingual (German + English) zine. It provides a platform for diverse voices to express their thoughts on magic, nature mysticism, art, community building, happiness, and sustainability. The fourth issue will explore "sustainability" in its broadest sense.

For me, the year 2025 represented the tension between community and self-assertion. Much has happened. I have accomplished much. It's time to take stock. What has borne fruit? What hasn't? And what lessons can be learned from this? The catalog contains all the works I created and published in 2025, as well as personal photos and texts.

A fascination with the mystical and the occult unites the artists of the group exhibition "Modern Witchcraft 2." Luci van Org (formerly known for "Lucilectric"), Copper Head, Golem, and Andreas Hirsch are inspired by the dark promises of the uncanny and interweave dark romantic aesthetics with queer perspectives. Their works negotiate witchcraft, occult symbols, and rituals as an artistic practice between pleasure and terror. The queer emerges as a moment of liberation and transformation—a resistance to normative attributions and, at the same time, an invitation to discover desire and the possibility of new identities in the uncanny.

The first online full moon ritual took place on October 7, 2025. Together we examined the Libra-Aries axis in more detail.

1. Intent

For the artist Andreas Hirsch, the act of artistic creation is a conscious and intentional manifestation of will and imagination. This creates energy that can change reality. Using practices such as automatic drawing and seal creation, Andreas Hirsch connects to the collective unconscious while exploring themes such as natural mysticism, folklore and the occult. This website is intended to establish contact with everyone who is looking for this energy.
